At D'Addario, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
